蔬菜拼盤 Vegetable Platter

材料 Ingredients
番茄 Tomato 2 個 ea
小黃瓜 Baby cucumber 3 根 ea
迷你胡蘿蔔 Mini carrot1-1/2 杯 cup
西洋芹菜 Celery 4 根 stalk
水煮蛋 Hard boiled egg 1/2 杯 cup
千島醬 Thousand island dressing 1/2 杯 cup

註:可選用任何種類質的蔬菜,如西蘭花,白花菜,甜碗豆,洋菇….等。

Note: You can use any kind of vegetable such as broccoli, cauliflower , sugar peas, mushroom….etc.


做法
1.所有蔬菜清洗乾淨後擦乾。番茄切塊,小黃瓜切斜片,西洋芹菜切長條,水煮蛋 切片。
2.準備好千島醬
3. 將蔬菜和蛋片擺盤,再淋上千島醬即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Rinse and dry all the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into big chunks, diagonally slice the cucumbers, cut the celery into thick strips and slice the hard boiled eggs .
2.Prepare the Thousand island dressing .
3.Plate the cut vegetables and sliced eggs. Serve with thousand island dressing。
